8.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of [Arbitration Organization] in Vadodara, Gujarat, and the judgment of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding.
